Using Video Ad With Jw/flow Player

First of all, I'm a newbie so please kindly advise me.

I have a video sites and I'd like to monetize it. I have some partners (advertisers) want to buy inventory with their video ad.

Could you please tell me how to achieve this by using JW or Flow player and Revive Adserver step by step.
