Can Revive Act As A Server In Between Publisher And Marketer.

Hello,

 

I work for small business where we buy Ad spaces from Ad Network Operator and then further sell.

 

The issue we have is that for billing we have to rely on Reports from  both side as we do not our own server in the middle.

 

We are looking to deploy our own ad server with the basic requirements as below:

 

1) Act as a Proxy server between Ad network and Marketer to generate reports.

2) Able to split single Ad space in to multiple spaces

3) Able to distinguish between Mobile Data Network and Wifi and deliver ad accordingly.

4) Able to detect Service provider.

 

Can anybody suggest if Revive is capable of above (all or partial).
