Problem Adding New Advertisers

Hi

 

I cannot add banners to campaigns so basically cannot add any new advertisers, although the adverts already in the program are working, although my stats aren't working. I'm not running the current version and can't find a version number anywhere. The site recently moved from one server to another and this problem probably existed then, although I only recently noticed it. Would installing the new version stop the problem and would it cause problems to the site if I did this?

There's a lot of questions in there, and running the latest version is always to be recommended. However, it's very hard to tell with so little information. You should be able to find your version number under /www/admin/updates-product.php

Thanks for your reply.  I'm currently running V 2.8 and an up to date version of WordPress.  Beause the existing banners are running okay I don't really want to lose that as well as being able unable to add new advertisers.  What other information do you need in order to be able to help please?

Hello.

After Installation I can't do any think. I can't add new advertisers, campaigns, banners and other... clicking "Save changes" and nothing... How to fix this?

Disabled ModSecurity and all works... thanks
