Hello,

I want to make an upgrade from OpenX 2.8.10 to the new Revive Version.

I am using this tutorial: http://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/

I have a new Version with the old database content and want to use the upgrade script in 2. but the system do not recognize that there is a new version.

"You are currently using Revive Adserver v3.2.1 (warning: database is stamped as v2.8.10) running on Apache, PHP 5.3.28-nmm3 and MySQL 5.6.24-nmm1-log."

How can I start the update script manually?

Thank you,

Johannes

hello,

I have the same problem.

Followed that guide: https://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/

The only difference is that the old folder isn't /adserver/  but it is in the root,

so the new folder in /adserver_new/ near the /adesever files.

(see attached file with FTP folder)

- database copyed and tested with another script ----> the connection is ok

- FTP folder chmod (only  the listed in the above guide) ---> setted to 777

-----> This is the error:

Your database contains an old OpenX configuration table: rv_preferences. If you are trying to upgrade this database, please copy your existing configuration file into the var folder of this install. If you wish to proceed with a fresh installation, please either choose a new Table Prefix or a new Database.

So i don't understand the problem.

What should be?

Thank youi!
