Upgrade From Openx 2.6.2 To 3.2.1 Fails

Hello ,

 

I am upgradiing from openX version 2.6.2 to revive version 3.2.1. The upgrade failes with following error in installer.log file

I see it gave error for new column "iframe_friendly" in banners table. But does not indicate what exactly is broken.
