timjabar01 Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 We have installed Revive Adserver on our dedicated server, everything is working fine except for the Video ad -player info tab. when we click on it we get the error below: Any help you can give me would be great. Thank you in advance for your help. We are planing to use revive with our JW player. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@{removed}.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Erik Geurts Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 In case of a 500 Internal Server Error, there should be more detailed information in your Apache error log.
