728*90Px Ad Creative To Display Properly On Responsive Website On The Mobile

I have added a zone with masterhead ad creative i.e 728*90px, I have created a website which is responsive website how do I create my 728*90px ad creative responsive so that it displays properly on any smartphone. 

 

Do note I have used IFRAME codes since those ad creative are roational.

I would expect that with iFrame, you're not going to be able to do a responsive banner. I'd probably be thinking you need to create the banner as an HTML banner with all the required code for the banner to be responsive, and deliver it using something other than an iFrame tag.
