Change "text Below Image" Font Size?

Hi,

 

New to revive adserver and was wondering how i can get this simple task done:

 

In the banner section, i need to increase the font size and also make it bold and underlined.

I tried to add this css code to the advanced html section in banners:

  a:link,a:visited {

   color: #000000;

   text-decoration: none;

   target-new: none;

   font-size:30;

   font-weight:bold;

  }

   color: red;

   text-decoration: underline;

   target-new: none;

But the font still stays small and unbolded.

 

Can anyone help???
