Need Help Getting First Banners On My Site And Making Geo Targeting?

Hi, 

 

I'm brand new I have a few websites and want to rotate banners that link to offers on my CPV lab tracker. I got CPV working fine when I buy ads they all work and track. I want my banners to show and rotate on my websites and show for the right country for example some ads are only US, and some are Germany. I can't figure out how to do this.  

 

Anyone have a link to a guide? 

 

Also not sure how to get it going in the first place I was reading everything and there are only 4 vids and one is a guy typing in Russian. It's hard to figure out. How can a non techie figure this out? Thanks.

You have to enable "Geo-Targeting" from administrator section. Configuration --> Geotargeting Settings , here you need to choose Module type as "Maxmind GeoIP" and click the save changes button. 

 

And in every banner, delivery options you will get limitation option to choose country and deliver the ads.
