Creating Blank Zones For New Adnetworks

There is a possibility I create a "zone" on a website, but that this zone does not occupy space?

 

I am developing a new AdNetwork, and at first does not have advertisers, I would not want to display a blank space on the publisher's website.

 

What is the best alternative to solve this problem?

    You can use prepend and append option in zones , Go to Advanced tab option in zones.

Actually, I think that zone chaining would be a better option here. Define a fallback zone that is linked to the the banner(s) that you want to display, if the event that the first zone does not have anything that can be displayed.
