Admin User Doesn't Create In Database

Hi

 

I have an odd problem ,installation made process without problem,but it was impossible to login into the admin panel, I checked database i got something strange!

 

 Admin user didnt create in data base! I tried several new installation for 3 or 4. but same situation.

 

 

Please guide me
