Julian_Grueter Posted November 11, 2014 Report Posted November 11, 2014 Hi, I experienced some issues with the Click-Tracking of my Ad. Our customer asked us to use some JS Code of his own Ad server, to deliver the Banner, so he could change between different Ads at will. However, after replacing the old Gif-Banner with the new JS Banner, clicks onto the new Banner are not counted (0 Clicks shown, whereas the Ad server of our customer shows like 100 Clicks/Day)within the last three Days. Is it possible, that Revive is not compatible with other Ad server-Codes? Here's the Code i used: <!-- BEGIN ADITIONTAG --> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://imagesrv.adition.com/js/adition.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ad1.adfarm1.adition.com/js?wp_id=2987808&kid=1140439"></script> <noscript><a href="http://ad1.adfarm1.adition.com/click?sid=2987808&ts=[timestamp]"> <img src="http://ad1.adfarm1.adition.com/banner?sid=2987808&kid=1140439&ts=[timestamp]" border="0"></a></noscript> <!-- END ADITIONTAG --> Thx in Advance Julian Quote
Dave Brain Posted November 13, 2014 Report Posted November 13, 2014 Hi, The code already contains destination link inside itself, so our adserver click file will not call for store clicks. That's why you able to see only click as 0. Quote
