swapnil147 Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 Hi guys, I am new here, planning to start Ad network. I have seen Revive Ad Server demo Its excellent but, I have a doubt; How this Ad server differenced from end user and Site(or server) manager? I got this question because in Demo session there are to interfaces Frontend and Backend both the interfaces show same infrastructure. I am unable to understand being a Ad network administrator how to display the impression records to advertiser? Hope so you got what is my doubt and problem. Please reply as soon as possible. Thank You... Quote
gabrielt Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 You can create a separate login to your clients, so they will be able to login to the control panel and have access to their data (i.e., only views, clicks, dates, etc from their campaigns). Quote
swapnil147 Posted October 31, 2014 Author Report Posted October 31, 2014 Then what about publisher? Publisher should also know much many impressions are made by website and how much they should get paid and all? Quote
Dave Brain Posted November 3, 2014 Report Posted November 3, 2014 Hi, Administrator / Manager can create users for all publisher and advertiser. To create user for publisher, Edit Publisher --> Click User Access, Click "Action", Click "Add User", fill the credentials and details. Share the credentials with publisher, they can login and check the impressions, clicks, CTR and revenue generated by their webpages. Quote
gabrielt Posted November 5, 2014 Report Posted November 5, 2014 There are two steps involved. Login to the admin control panel. Step 1: Create the user Click on Inventory > User access Click on Actions > Add user Fill the form This will create the new user (i.e., your advertiser login credentials) Step 2: Grant the user access to the advertiser data Now you need to give this user access to his campaign. For this, go to: Advertisers > Select the advertiser > Click on the User access tab Click on Actions > Add user Add the username you created on the previous step. Fill out the form and click on "Add User" Quote
swapnil147 Posted November 6, 2014 Author Report Posted November 6, 2014 Thanks GabrieIt for giving your valuable time to reply. Now, in inventory part suppose I am wishing to give permission only on advertisers, campaigns and banners for my advertisers client(only those who are advertising) and I am wishing to give permission only on websites, zones and targeting channels for my publishers client(only those who are publishing). Is this possible? websites, zones and targeting channels part should not visible to advertiser users and advertisers, campaigns and banners part should not visible to publisher users. How you got it... I am waiting for your reply... Thank You... Quote
gabrielt Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 Each section should have a "user access" part to configure that. Quote
