What Database Tables Are Needed For The New Revive Versions Vs. Old Openx?

I see tons of tables never used from OpenX (ok maybe I'm exaggerating a little, probably 10 or so) Do you need all of the tables or is there just a few that are needed? Seems half are empty from what I can tell. Thanks!
