Ads Not Displaying On Ie When Do Not Track Is Enabled - ?workaround?

Is there a workaround for IE's Do Not Track setting which prevents all ads from displaying?

Revive Adserver, like almost all software, requires cookies to be accepted by the browser. I'm guessing that IE's DNT prevents cookies (I am not sure, I haven't used it in a decade). Implementing DNT is a bad idea to start with.
