Select Advertiser Dropdown Does Not Show The List Of Advertisers In "linked Banners" Tab

Hi,

I was able to successfully add a website,zone and a banner. But when trying to link the banner from the "Linked Banners" tab the advertiser dropdown does not show the list of advertisers in "linked banners" tab. As a result i am not able to add the advertiser and I am not even able to get the invocation code.

What is the type of banner you are trying to link ?.

Hi Eliza,

It's just a normal JPEG image of resolution 255*255 which I have added. If that's what you mean by type of banner.

Check both banner and zone resolution and these two should be same then only you can link together.

Thanks Dave for your reply, but I checked and both the resolution is same. Banner I select is 780 x 90 and Zone " IAB Leaderboard (728 x 90)". What I can't see is list of advertiser in Select Advertiser drop-down on Linked Banner page. My drop-down has no value.

It should work. limitation for linking between banners and zones are size and types. In your case it should shown to link. Please confirm me whether you use different account to create zones and banners? means using multiple manager account?

Hi Dave,

 

For now I have only one account. Just to make sure, I hosted revive ads on two complete different server to confirm, but no luck.
