Revive Adserver's Global Settings

Hi,

I am newly install adserver, but i can’t create google add, how to enable "Configuration > Global Settings",

Only 3 banner type having “Web , SQL and URL” please help me how to get other option.

Please Login as "Administrator and click on "Plugins" menu and check whether this ""openXBannerTypes"" plugin is installed or not? 

 

If not installed, then install this plugin to get HTML banner add option on add new banner page. This plugin will be available on "/etc/plugins" directory in all revive adserver packages.

Dear Newbie,

Thank you your reply, how to login as Administrator. i am creating one user id it's as a Administrator, but no plug in menu. how to get it?

my login is "Default manager" how to change it.

Hi Tharanga, 

 

Once you Logging as administrator user, it will redirect to "Default Manager" page. From that page, you will see in top right side as "Working as Default Manager" click that, you will get option to switch to"Administrator account" . Once account has switched, you can use Plugins menu tab and do the necessary.

Dear Friend,

In my OpenX i can do like, but in this system cant click, it's lock.

any idea. If any setting want to be set my web server. i will try again  install ad server.

Hi, 

 

I think you are not logged as "Administrator" user. That's why you didn't get option to switch admin screen. Could you please make screen image of your adserver screen after the user logged in.
