You can link the Zone with the appropriate Banner from the Advertiser in the revive Adserver under Default manager.
 
--> Login as the Admin, switch to Default manager.
--> Click on Inventory.
--> Click on zones
--> In the zone list section, beside the name, you can see "Linked banners".
--> Click on Linked banner link and you will have the option to select the banner for the zone.
--> select "Link Individual banners" or "Link Banners by parent campaign".
--> Select the advertiser to link. The Advertiser who has the banners of the matching size will be listed.
you can link the appropriate banners in the section.

rv_data_intermediate_ad: Statistics data migrated from bucket table into rv_data_intermediate_ad based on operation time.Opertion time such as 5,10,15,20,30 and 60 mins.  
rv_data_summary_ad_hourly: Statistics data migrated from rv_data_intermediate_ad into rv_data_summary_ad_hourly table every hour and revenue will be calculated in this table.

Kindly check openxmods site and you can find lots of Mods for Openx/Revive Adserver, Which is going to be very efficient for you. In fact, They have have exact mods that you're looking for Pagepeel adformat, Push down Advertisement and billboard banner.

In the Default manager Account, under the Inventory tab --> On the left panel below the targeting channel option, you will have the option for "Direct Selection".
