[Problem Upgrading 2.8.9 - 3.0.3]

I've rechecked file permission and cleared the folders but still has the same problem.

What could I do. Could I get paid support from the revive team? How could I contact them?

I've got a problem while upgrading 2.8.9 to 3.0.3

 

On the 3rd step I've got "Failed to upgrade configuration file" 

Permissions are correct (666 for the config files and 777for the parent folder)

That works only if you work under a manager account. If you logged in as an advertiser, you can't get such info. When an advertiser clicks on a campaign link, he get banner list instead of a campaign properties. 

 

So my advertisers request for such a feature.
