Hi there, since yesterday (I have not changed myself anything - do not know if hoster changed anything on the environment) my Revice Adserver backend does not recognize any CSS anymore - it just shows plain text without any formatting etc. Please find a screenshot here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7_t21wFqsabclJuenlRY193dVk/view?usp=sharing Backend-URL is www.hitradio.com.na/advertising/ Any idea for a solution, e.g. which file and where might suddenly be missing or so? Many thanks in advance edertch Me again. As I figured out it seems to be a browser problem (Chrome - even after deleting all Cookies etc).

Hi there, sorry to bother again, but I am wondering if anyone except me is using this support forum, as I have not received a single answer to all my five questions... Cheers CT

Hi there, I am experiencing (now for the first time) a CTR of 1000+ % for one advertising client... only 3 impressions, however, statistics show 33 clicks :-) Any idea where that problem might come from? Cheers CT

New Banner Delivery Takes Days
edertch replied to edertch's topic in Performance, Scalability, and Reliability
I seem to have allocated the error. Some zones simply do not work for some odd reason. I put up two new zones for test reasons with the same banners etc. and the one zone delivers, the other one not. That is even a bigger problem, however, at least everey second zone works :-) Cheers Christian -
Hi there, hope this is the right sub-forum. When I ad a new banner to an existent campaign (or start a new campaign), the banner takes 2+ days to start delivering. I see the banner in the preview, but when checking the zone delivery nothing is shown. Recalculating priorities etc. does not help,. Many ideas? Many thanks edertch

Sorry, I was wrong. It is not solved as some zones simply do not deliver anything. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

Geotargeting Maxmind Only For Some Countries

No browser issue - problems eists on different computers with an abundance of browsers in different countries. -
Solved - there is (although I renewed the cache) a delay of about 2 hrs...

Hi there, having an issue when using more than one banner zone. The zone 1 (and 2) deliver as it should (http://hitradio.com.na/advertising/www/delivery//ajs.php?zoneid=1), but any other zone (e.g. 5 - I have a banner there for testing) does not deliver anything but fractures of a code (http://hitradio.com.na/advertising/www/delivery//ajs.php?zoneid=5). I found out that non-existent zones give out the same code, e.g. Zone 10 var OX_d32417d2 = ''; document.write(OX_d32417d2); I also set uo other zones for testing, but they all have the same issue. Any ideas? Many thanks edertch

Geotargeting Maxmind Only For Some Countries
edertch replied to edertch's topic in Using Revive Adserver
Hi There, tried a lots of solutions, however, Geotargeting is still not working. Might be I am using the wrong path but it does not give out any error or so. Simply does not show any banners that I target to a specific country. I am using this path in the maxmind plugin settings: Path to geoipCountryLocation file www.xyz123.com/public_html/advertising/GeoIP.dat.gz MaxMind GeoIP Plugin 1.2.2 Revive Adserver v3.0.5 Any ideas? Many thanks in advance edertch -
Installed a completely new insance of Revive and it is still the same (tested wie IE, Chrome, FF newest versions). It also occurs when switching sites within a user account, e.g.from dashboard to inventory etc. Any solution would be highly appreciated as the system is currently not usable for me :-( Best regards Christian

Hi there, followed all the steps here (http://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/) thoroughly, but get massive errors (plugin not upgraded, existent) in the very last upgrading step. "The upgrade wizard will now find out which plugins are installed in the current version and then install the same set of plugins in the new version. During this step, it will even check if there are any new versions of any of the plugins and if so, it will install those instead of the older versions. Some plugins will actually create or update tables for their own use." This results in the fact that the upgrade did not work any I cannot re-do the upgrade as it already forwards all the new installation to the old installation. What is the solution? Cheers edertch P.S. Upgrading from OpenX v2.8.11 to Revive.

Geotargeting Maxmind Only For Some Countries
edertch replied to edertch's topic in Using Revive Adserver
Hi Andrew, sorry for not being too clear. Example 1: Targeting banners only to show for Germany (German IP, e.g. 217.92.144.64) -> it is only shown to German IPs as wanted Example 2: Targeting banners only to show for Namibia (Namibian IP, e.g. 105.232.247.50) -> it shows no banners at all (although it should show to Namibian IPs) Hope that clarifies the problem. Many thanks Christian -
Hi Andrew, using latest version. It happens no matter on which page I am. It is from Admin to a User account and vice versa. I found out, that when I switch the user, I have to go back to the dashboard overview page, clear all cache and than it changes to the other user/admin. Cheers Christian

Hi there, using the adserver with the geotargeting plugin from maxmind. Works perfectly well, but only for some countries (e.g. when I geotarget for Germany it works, when geotargeting for Namibia it does not). Maxmind said it is not a problem with their data, rather with Revive/OpenX. Any ideas? Cheers edertch

Hi there, the switching of users, e.g. from a user to Admin is not possible. The site simply reloads the current page again, althoug path is http://www.xyz.com/xxxxxx/www/admin/account-switch.php?account_id=2 (or id 1). It is not browser not cache related. Any ideas? Cheers edertch
