  1. Hello, I have an advertiser that wants to run .mp4 video ads. The pre/post roll and overlay options are not really relevant since these are stand alone banners. I just want the banner to show up like any other .jpg or .gif banner and go to url https://x.blah when clicked. When I try to upload this .mp4 banner using the web or url options, I get an error ("The uploaded file does not have a valid extension. The file must be an image file (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.). Please make sure you selected a valid file.") And as noted, the inlay or overlay options aren't really relevant. (And also, the image shows up as broken when I tried to use these options.) How can I use this .mp4 banner for their campaign?
  2. Hi Ian, You were correct. I changed my banner invocation from Asynchronous JS Tag to Javascript Tag and stats look to be working now. Thanks for the help!
  3. I am using the hosted version of Revive. My stats, both for the Advertiser & Campaigns sections and Global Statistics are showing that no statistics are available for the time period. I ran a test banner last week and got sales, so I know that the banner was at least viewed and clicked a number of times. The only solutions I'm seeing for this problem in the docs is to make some changes in the configuration tab, which is not available in the hosted version. https://prnt.sc/QuS27Ye5M2y4 Can anyone help me to solve this so that my stats are visible and usable?
