we are migrating revive adserver to a new server , i did rsync all files configuration , and database , but when trying to go to Advertisers list all names that used to be showing in Arabic are now showing like this ??????????? what could be the possible cause for this ? also after migration all banners went blank , the request from revive does appear with status 200 but no images are being deliver.
