Neak Panhboth

So basically, I tried creating a new user. I filled in all the required information, and it said "User has been added to the account. They will receive an email to set up their password.". But when I checked my email, I didn't receive anything. Is there any extra configuration I need to do? Please help T.T I've been going at this for a week now.
