I am webmaster of a site that uses Revive adserver but I am just not sure of how it works and why some ads arent working. Is there someone I can call, zoom or contact that can walk me through a few things.??? Thanks very much

I have been left with a website that uses Revive Ad server to generate ads on the bottom of a couple websites i help take care of. I have had problems with trying to link a zone to a banner and also to find out what the beacon id and Cb number is and how to find them so I can edit the footer doc on the web server. I could sure use some help I would pay someone to walk me through it. Anyone?? Thanks Mike
