  7. I have a client who wants to send us a banner using third party tracking, DoubleVerify. I cannot find DoubleVerify under " Alter HTML to enable click tracking for" in the banner section of a campaign. Is there something else I can use that will capture impressions and clicks for this DoubleVerify banner? TIA
  8. That is correct. The HTML5 banner is not showing up in Revive at all.
  9. So a client send us a third-party tracking code snippet which I have in Revive - it is linked to a zone and appears well enough on our website - but the banner itself does not appear in its proper banner section in its corresponding campaign in Revive. Any ideas why this might happen? TIA
