Same problem here on hosted edition. It's frustrating without any help. And is a paid version. No difference in call but on mobile it shows only the default banner. Tried a lot of workaround. On ios and Android it shows default image with default link.

On hosted edition i got on my zones a zone signed by an exclamative point. No suggestion of what this is, clicking on it. Nothing similar happened before. And the problem is that the zone is on a real environment site and i cannot remove or change it because i've connected to it an account of customer to check/activate/deactivate banners. It's the exclamative point connected to that? More to say: the zone is visible on mobile and desktop. But on desktop it shows regularly the banner (one banner actually on campaign) but on mobile it shows our default banner. WHY?????? Thank you Francesco
