I just installed revive adserver, download edition, on my server. I'm using a dedicated third level domain (e.g. https://adserver.domain.com). If I try opening the domain, with no path, I get a 403 from my web server. If I try any path that I can think of, I get a 404. What is the default path to the login page post-installation?
