  1. I found the file GeoLite2-Country.mmdb and uploaded here. click_here/plugins/geoTargeting/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb then in the settings set the path to the GeoIP2 MMDB files to the same as above. Tried several variations with and without the file name. Still not working.
  2. I have determined that the files necessary to run the geotargeting are missing from my install and have yet to find them. Have you checked to see if you the mmdb files are there?
  3. Is technical support available for the download edition? I want to use my own domain and keep all my data private. I am looking for someone to speak with occasionally that knows what is going on and can communicate technical answers. For example GEO targeting for Country is not available unless I click Show geotargeting delivery rules even if GeoIP data unavailable I believe it is because the Country files are not available. However, I am finding navigating the help and actually finding documentation very time consuming, if not impossible. Someone that knows what is going on could easily send me a link to instructions or in this case the missing files and instructions. Signed Tired of reading and not finding the answers.
  4. This might help you. I found where to enable all this, but the geo country is not available in the drop down selection unless you click Show geotargeting delivery rules even if GeoIP data unavailable which completely defeats the purpose.
  5. The answer I found is that if you want to use your own domain, install the free version. I have done this and so far am not enjoying the experience. Reading and reading in circles at times and not finding instructions I can put to use.
  6. When I stated there were no plugins, I meant in the zip file I downloaded, but then I had not found the following. This is were error messages could and should link the documentation related to the message. As it would have saved me hours of reading and search, mostly searching. once I found this area https://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Plugins+Missing+or+Disabled I found that there were plugins installed in the administration tab, just not the one with the error. The Delivery Limitations plugin, if that is a thing, is not present in this tab Then I found where the plugins are hidden (lol) in the server package. Use the pop-up window to navigate to where your Revive Adserver package is on your local computer. In the package's etc/plugins directory, locate the .zip file for the missing plugin, and select it. Note that this is the etc/plugins directory, not the plugins directory. I was looking in the plugins directory. I completed the installation steps in the Missing Plugins Docs and now I seem to have this plugin installed. Two suggestions Every error message should have a link to information about that error. This link should also opens in a new tab. Keep up the good work, Except this one hiccup, that has delayed my project over 24 hours, installation and learning the documentation (the hard way) is going well.
  7. New user, and I can not find information on how to move forward. An error occurred when performing installation tasks. Installation of plugin "openXDeliveryLimitations" failed: Permissions error
