Hello everyone, I made a topic previously but no one, I mean no one gave me any reply at all (that includes a pity reply). So I am making a new topic. I hope that I get a response this time. I have an issue, I have inserted a video ad. It is running fine. But it is not showing in the statistics. No impressions at all. As you can see in the following image, it is showing the completed times, it has been completed 37 times but never shows in the statistics. Can anyone guide me what i am doing wrong? https://imgur.com/CbO0KHI I am trying to put as much information as possible. Ads are playing and showing fine. In statistics it shows that ad is completed but does show in the main statistics. What I am not able to understand is that my Timezone is different but Adserver is saying/running maintanence according to UTC. https://imgur.com/NW2nuDb Again, the banner ads run fine, the only issue is with the Video ads. In detailed reports it shows how many ads have been completed, it also shows that the percentage of the ads run as shown in the image in my first post. But still no stats in the main stats. One more thing that I have noticed is my system local time is different from UTC. so the ads ran at 3:xxamon the 2nd of october, but the details shows it ran on 1st of October. Please check the attached image https://imgur.com/aeVGZiU Please help. I need it most now.

Hello All, I hope you are doing great. I have a strange query. I have multiple server located in different places serving a single video on demand website (which streams the videos locally - not from internet). What I want to know is, is there a Master/Slave server configuration. Explanation: I have a master revive installed on the cloud. I set my campaign on the cloud and when my remote servers get the campaigns from the master server when they get internet. (lets forget the video files for a moment) My distant/remote servers will have Revive installed and will serve the ads locally and store the stats locally. But when those servers get internet, they sync their stats to the server I have on the cloud. Any possibility on that ? OR can anyone propose some other solution? Regards,
