It's not enforcing strict. In fact there's another apache virtualhost on the same web server running revive 4.1.4 using the same database host (different DB)

of course... revive 4.1.4 centos 6 php 72 apache 2.2 percona 5.7 server

Just after submitting database details (I think this is "step 3" in the install wizard). The Database is created along with roughly 50 tables. The install process then bombs out with a fatal error.
