Ok, I found out how to solve this. The installation process didn't fully install the default plugins which include the delivery options, so I had to manually install the packages in /etc/plugins.

Hello, I have exactly the same issue with the empty rule sets dropdown list but I didn't find out, how to fix this. Troubleshooting in the docs didn't help with this one. Did you find out how to fix this? Thanks and regards
