DIL

I have a large amount of advertisers that have done contract campaigns with me but have since stopped. I don't want to lose their information or banners by deleting them, but I also don't want them clogging up my advertiser list. I know that you can filter by active advertisers, but I'm wondering if there is a way to archive inactive advertisers so that I can access their information on another list? Thanks for your help!
