Hello, I am working w/ an html newsletter wanting to have multiple zones with in it. I was easily able to create a simple banner and place in.
Next I am trying to add a Generic Html banner......
I've created a 'Generic HTML banner' w/ an image and text under the image. With a Banner display size of 190x269
I also Created a Zone
Zone Type: Email/newsletter zone (first trying the same above size but did not work) then using a Custom Size. Width * and Height *
using the * sizes this zone now allows me to link a banner HOWEVER it will not show the current 'generic HTML banner' I would like to link up - it only gives me the options of the previous basic url banners I created to be able to link to.
Can you tell me what I may be missing? Why my Generic HTML banner is not visible to link to a zone.
