I have added a new banner and linked the banner to a zone but on my second try the advertiser I want to use is not in the list. Do you know a reason why an individual advertiser will not be in the pulldown menu? Thanks Hugh

This could be an issue of diskspace on the server. I just noticed it was almost full. I think there was a related posting on this. Does anyone have an idea on this issue and how to get it to work again. I have removed a few gigs but banners are still not loading. server reboot or caching issues? regards Hugh

Hello, Today the banners stopped appearing. I set up a new website and created a banner but no banner loads. It was working before so not sure what has changed. thanks. I had read this post but it did not seem to address the problem. The vendor was able to install the plugin manually so that problem is solved. Current issue is potentially clicks not being recorded but impressions are. Any direction on debugging this? The site was ported over from another host and seems to be running ok except the client thinks the clicks are not being recorded. Any easy way to debug/test for this (except the obvious clicking on the advert and waiting for the stat to appear)? supplemental : having installed a plugin that can accept HTML5 ads, the complaint is that the ads are appearing at the wrong size or slightly wrong position on the website. Please sanity check this one and tell me this is an issue at the webserver not with the HTML5 banner. yes. It have done that. Just wanted to ensure this is a possibility. I have installed a server under localhost but not using a remote database. Currently getting 'cannot connect to database' looks a bit like: [database] type=mysql host=theremotehos.clouddb.com socket="/Applications/MAMP/tmp/mysql/mysql.sock" port=3306 username=databaseuser password=securepassword name=databasename persistent= mysql4_compatibility=1 protocol=tcp compress= ssl= capath= ca= But it's not connecting... don't know why

I am trying to install Revive-Adserver but it is failing on connection to the cloud database (the database is NOT localhost). I wonder if connections to off-site databases works and how this can be configured, Thanks Hugh
