Hello guys we need ad sever for use as agency with publisher and advertisor panel  we find a company in india dijax ad server but we couldn't find any reviews about them,please help us

i want to make ad server web site for connecting advertiser and publisher together and make commission but do not have enough acknowledge for this i talked with some companies like *&#$ ad server   platform but i dont now them and i couldn't  find anything about their activity in internet,i want to tell me if you can make fully functionality self hosted ad server  web site or some company to do that for us.
