  1. Hi @Alberto Cortes, Almost certainly, yes. If Revive Adserver can't get enough memory from your system to summarise statistics, then you're not going to see any statistics.
  2. As Revive Adserver has no access to the content of the banner, it's going to be difficult (possibly impossible) for Revive to ever track clicks on that directly.
  3. Sounds like your install package isn't unpacking correctly, or has otherwise not transferred to your server correctly... That would be something to check.
  4. Out of disk space? Something else has been changed on your server? DNS problem?
  5. Hi @marino, Unfortunately, it's very difficult, and I just haven't had time to complete the user documentation yet, let alone the developer documentation. Best thing to do would be to do it as a plugin, but really, the only thing you can do about that is trace the code for the existing plugins, and reverse engineer it all.
  6. Hi @tomtom, Where's the iframe coming from? It doesn't sound right to me at all that the Revive Async JS tag would include an iframe. I'd double check your zone tag is what you expect, and also look at the HTML banner isn't the source of the iframe?
  7. Hi @xnet12, 1. No, there's a bug that means this UI setting doesn't work. I have looked at this in the past, but to be honest, the whole UI needs rewriting. 2. Some pages are templated, others are not. And there's often more than one template system in place, so it's not easy at all. Again, really, we really need to replace the whole UI to fix things up. 3. In the language packs, if there's no option in the settings to change what you want - see the lib/max/language directory.
  8. Hi @stapel_eliz, Not that I'm aware of, but there may be a 3rd party one that does this?
  9. Hi @deuxsecs, Not at the moment, no. Out of the box Revive Adserver doesn't have any support for managing payments from advertisers to publishers. It's been written as something that's really aimed at someone with a website or two wanting to put advertising on their site. If you need something like this, you would need to look for a commercial plugin, or code that functionality yourself.
  10. This is also covered in our documentation: http://documentation.revive-adserver.com/display/DOCS/Plugins+Missing+or+Disabled
  11. Hi @tkat, Did you get this solved? Perhaps a newer version of Revive Adserver fixed this, or there was a table corruption issue with your DB?
  12. Yes, you want to do this with delivery limitations - e.g. the Site - Page URL may be what you are looking for.
  13. Do you have delivery capping for the campaign or banner?
  14. The only thing I can think of, then, @Chitra Jajoria, is that either your logging plugin is corrupted (there's a troubleshooting guide on this too), or you really haven't configured the system to log files correctly?
  15. Hi @macro, Unfortunately, not yet in the core product. Another good idea that we know would improve Revive Adserver, but which no one on the core team has yet had time to complete.
  16. Hi @Marcio, No, I don't think so - the popup opens based on the size of the banner it's displaying.
  17. Sounds like this is something we could look at as an enhancement request, if you would like to log this on GitHub, please.
  18. Yes, this is possible, but chances are you will want some additional functionality (e.g. reporting on what has been shown by each person who takes the ads and puts them on their own website, so that they can be paid?) that Revive Adserver won't do. I would recommend you download Revive Adserver and test it out, to see if it's suitable for your specific needs.
  19. This example page isn't a valid HTML page. I'd suggest you look into that first.
  20. Any issues with the database tables? Perhaps a corrupted table that cannot be inserted into?
  21. Hi @Troy, I'd take a look in your webserver logs - I don't think Revive Adserver has any error messages related to sockets, so I suspect this is an issue with your webserver or system.
  22. Hi @bocadave, If it's definitely been deleted and removed from all Revive Adserver caches (although, I would suggest you double check this - does the banner disappear after 20 minutes or so? If so, then you didn't really delete it from the cache), then it's possible that it's being cached by a proxy, or the browser. Although Revive Adserver does its best to prevent this, depending on the invocation tag type, you may need to do some additional programming work in your site to have the best possible chance of preventing caching - there are some details in the documentation on this re: zone tag options.
  23. Hi @sakarya, Revive Adserver might do what you're looking for - but you've asked a very generic question. I would recommend that you download it, install it, and test it out a little to see if it does what you're looking for. If you then have any more specific questions, you can let us know. Thanks.
  24. Hi @dommi88, If you have a companion campaign set up, then once a banner from the campaign is selected for a zone, then any subsequent zones on the page will also be from the same campaign. However, that doesn't preclude the possibility of the first zone being selected coming from a campaign that's not a companion campaign, and then the second (and subsequent) banner(s) will be the companion campaigns. The closest you can get to overcoming this is to set your companion campaign to be an Override campaign - the idea being that generally, if you're doing this, it's because the advertiser is paying for some kind of "take over" on the site. By being an override campaign, the first banner on the page will always get the first opportunity to come from your companion campaign, so they will always show together - the only time the first banner won't be from that campaign will be due to limitations, and if you have them set up identically, then the other banners won't appear either. Of course, in this case, that means you can't use the Contract campaign functionality to get a smooth delivery of the target impressions over time! So, in short, what you're looking for isn't supported. I guess what is needed is an option to extend companion positioning to NEVER deliver from the campaign if another campaign has already shown on the page... (I hope I remember this correctly, @Matteo Beccati?)
