I have several email zones and when I try to link a campaign to those zones, I don't see any zones available to link. Screenshot attached. Searching the exact names of the zones returns nothing. If I set up a web zone , this is available to link to the campaign. Is it possible to link a campaign to an email zone or do I have to link the zone to the banner directly?

I have an email zone that is serving impressions in Outlook but not iOS mail client or gmail web client. Are there any known issues with serving ads into these clients, assuming that images are enabled on both? I'm using Mandrill as my ESP if that matter. Any help appreciated.
