    This is not possible when using the javascript invocation code. You could perhaps build something within your own site that repeatedly calls them.

    Your results will not be representative for others  because the overall volume of impressions per day will also be different for others.

    The number is just too low to be statistically significant. It's less than 1 per hour, after all.

    @Reid We had a very similar case yesterday. It was the same file, downloaded from that same location you mentioned on Tuesday of this week. We downloaded it again today (and it had changed since Tuesday, surprisingly). Once uploaded on the server, geotargeting started working again.
    My two cents: somehow the file you found earlier on maxmind.com was wrong, and it was corrected after they found out.

    This recommendation is incorrect. It should not be needed to set that "Even if GeoIP data unavailable checkbox" on, in fact, it is advised to never do that unless you know exactly what you're doing.

    I recommend double checking that path, and to make sure that the folder and the files in it are actually accessible.

    Hi Reyes,

    just enable geo option..Configuration => Geo targeting settings => check "Show geotargeting delivery limitations even if GeoIP data unavailable"  you can enable "MaxMind GeoIP (Flat file)".

    I still don't understand how people working in the field of advertising can even consider using an ad blocker.

    Hi,
    Execute these queries into phpMyAdmin tool :
    TRUNCATE TABLE  `rv_data_intermediate_ad`;
    TRUNCATE TABLE  `rv_data_intermediate_ad_connection`;
    TRUNCATE TABLE  `rv_data_summary_ad_hourly`;

    These queries will delete all the statistics(Only Statistics) information.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
    No, the feature you needed not available, you have to make customize the scripts with your developers, but its recommended to dont change core files.
    You have another options, this may help you to stop storing unwanted clicks. Login as Administrator and click "Configuration" menu, then click "Banner Logging Settings". Here you will see setting as "Don't count Ad Clicks if the viewer has clicked on the same ad/zone pair within the specified time (seconds)".  This will helps to not store clicks if user clicked on same ad/zone pair after particular time. Example, enter 300 as seconds, then same user clicks same ad/zone pair 10 times, then only one click will be log in revive adserver.
    Thanks.

    Erik Geurts got a reaction from Gokul in version mismatch in db : Revive Adserver
    During the upgrade process, the upgrade wizard will update the version number in the database. In your case somehow this has not occurred. That's usually a symptom of a failed upgrade process or some other kind of issue.

    Looks like instead of doing a proper upgrade, you just uploaded the new software files on top of the existing 3.2.0 files. The correct upgrade procedure can be found here: https://www.revive-adserver.com/support/upgrading/

    You can achieve this by using frequency capping.

    We do not use the e-mail address you mentioned. There should not be a username 'maintenance' either, so it seems your installations was hacked.

    Once you pass off an impression to AdX (or any other third party system, for that matter), it's gone. The only exception is when you use AdX's feature to define a backup ad.
    But in short, what you're trying to achieve is not possible without a whole lot more work.

    Hi Nguyen,

    This issue is due to database and in third step you should give valid data for database name / username  /password (use already created  database name).

    Well, it's pretty clear that something in your browser is blocking the CSS needed to display the UI. Has this always been a problem, or has it recently started?

    This is not a browser issue. Looks like your server is doing an incorrect redirect, because there is no such thing as admin.php.

    Erik Geurts got a reaction from andrewatfornax in Click capturing problem for Google tag services
    The way Revive Adserver tracks clicks is by inserting a click counter with redirect. The setting you refer to is unable to automatically recognize tags from Google Tag Manager.
    You should contact your third party and ask them to provide a tag that is capable of third-party click tracking.
    Once you have an updated tag, you can use the Revive Adserver macro {clickurl} to insert a click tracker into that tag.

    Erik Geurts got a reaction from andrewatfornax in zone invocation restrict to campaign or client
    Contrary to the previous comment, this is definitely possible. One can add any key=value parameter to a zone's invocation code and then use that for targeting on the banner(s).
