From your message, it sounds like there is a discrepancy between the statistics in DFP (which is just an ad server, not a "service provider") and your own Revive Adserver. It is not uncommon that two ad servers have different numbers. If the difference is less than a few percent, it is normally accepted to be just 'noise'. To answer your question: No, Revive Adserver does not do any sort of filtering out of the box. It is possible to configure it to ignore things you think are invalid, or that are perhaps internal traffic, but I doubt you're using that feature at all. Can you please clarify what you mean by "filtered impressions of my third party"?

There are features for this, more precisely the 'append' and 'prepend' fields you can find on the Advanced tab of any banner.

I've never heard of a hoster limiting the number of times a program/script runs. And a maximum of 300.000 is very little. A "unique visitor" is not the best measure for estimating this (in my personal view, unique visitors is a meaningless metric in any event). Just look at your ad server statistics (assuming you can still log in) and you'll probably see that there have been as many ad impressions as they mentioned. I would switch hosts immediately, however inexpensive they are, it doesn't seem they have what it takes. -

Reading that your "admin panel layout has changed" leads me to believe your installation was somehow compromised, probably some time ago, with whoever/whatever did this only now exploiting the access they gained. -

The data_bkt_m table is not your actual statistics, it is just how the raw data gets collected during the hour, to be processed at the top of the next hour. It is called "bucket data" (abbreviated to 'bkt' in the table names) Whatever has happened to you has an entirely different cause. Hard to say what it was by looking at just the information you posted. -

I'm surprised that those URLs are marked as deceptive. With many many thousands of known installations of the software, this is the first time I've ever heard about this, so it must be something specific to your installation. It is possible that your ad server has been compromised and something malicious was inserted by an intruder. The pages that you listed as being labeled suspicious by Google are part of the core application, not of any plugin. That doesn't mean that plugin you mentioned is not involved, but there is no evidence for it in your post. However, those URLs are not something a site visitor would ever need to go to. I'm assuming you have your Revive Adserver installed in a sub folder under your site, like www.example.com/adserver/. As such, Google's bots can still "see" it, which is not necessary at all. You might want to block bots from accessing the /www/admin folder to begin with. Removing that third party plugin, at least as a test for the theory it is responsible, could also be a good idea. Then file for the site to be reconsidered by Webmaster tools. Is there a way for you to post a screen shot of what it looks like, when you see the warning(s) about deceptive pages? Is it in Webmaster tools or is it something else? -
Why can I link zones at campaigns and banners?

If you link a campaign to a zone, all the banners in that campaign that have the same dimensions as the zone will automatically be linked to the zone. If you add a new banner of those same dimensions to the campaign later, it will automatically be linked to the zone as well. As such, linking campaigns to zones is the most efficient, and I would recommend always doing that. No need to link the banners too. However, sometimes you do not want each banner in that campaign linked to a zone, just one or a few specific ones. In that case, you shouldn't link the entire campaign, but just the banners you actually need, to that zone. -
While working as Administrator, a click on the Configuration tab should link to /www/admin/account-settings-banner-delivery.php That's because /www/admin/account-settings-index.php is supposed to redirect to /www/admin/account-settings-banner-delivery.php In your case, it seems someone altered something without your knowledge.
