    Hi everyone, Using Revive Adserver 3.0.3 I'm trying to deliver an video Ad(.webm videos), through JW player using VAST tag. But Ad is not getting delivered. Does anyone face this issue ? If anyone knows the solution please help me out in solving this issue. Thanks .

    Hi, Let me explain you, 1)Open your browser. 2)Execute Ad delivery URL and check your browser cookie. 3)In your browser cookie, check to OAGEO cookie name in your domain. There you can find the value of region code in exist. Kindly check to the targeted region code with the region code in that value. Or You can follow the method which you suggested.

    Hi jeepm, You have raised two clarification questions, 1) When an Ad is delivered, whether the request goes directly from Revive Adserver or through Google Adsense? The process goes as: in Publisher's website the script call request goes to Revive Adserver, revive adserver returns Google Adsense code(Response recieved from Google Adsense) and from there to Google Adsense. From Google Adsense the Ad will be displayed. 2) By configuring geomaxmind database, the information about user country from were call goes will be tracked.

    Hi, Check to the plugins installation. When a plugin is extracted, it lists the file in which some might be missed out. So delete all the files,reinstall the plugin and check to it.

    Hi Paul, Revive Adserver does not support Adnetworks feature, so you can try removing the file from linked zone. i.e, remove or comment the file path (adnetworks.php ) that creates the issue.

    Hi lemongd, While creating a database, provide username,password for the database and set grant permission as for all. This might help you to overcome the issue.

    Hi Silas, Just try the following, Take a back up of the database and clear the varcache and templates_compiled folders . Reinstall that particular plugin which suspects the issue by deleting the files contained within it.

    Hi, Fine!. Whether it is ok if a banner is allowed to display untill remaining 200impressions are reached by blocking clicks counts.It means, when a click is made, it will not be counted. The banner will be displayed till the targeted impression count have been reached.

    Hi, If you are setting delivery limit to 500 impressions:100 clicks, and your target is achieved when 300 impressions:100 clicks are made, then ad will be blocked. Is this your issue?.
