You can skip your ads to deliver from specific pages. To set this, Edit the banner you want to skip and Click "Delivery Options", in this page, select "delivery limitation" as "Site-Page URL" and click "Add" button. Then choose the option and set the page you want to skip. Finally click "Save Changes" button.
 
Banner delivered based on the setting you have set up.

Clicks also should work if impressions stores without any issues if we didn't made any changes on revive adserver.
Please check this settings need to be checked "Log a click every time a viewer clicks on a banner", from Configuration --> Banner Logging Settings page from administrator screen.

In all Revive Adserver versions this feature available. 
Please edit your clients(advertisers), click "User Access" => click "Action" ==> click "Add user". Then choose username and then fill all details. Share credentials with your clients. That's it. You can do this same for publishers if you need.

Might be the following reasons for not show another banner in same page : 
1. Have you enabled "Don't show a banner from the same campaign again on the same page" option while taking the invocation tag?
2. In advertiser edit page, whether you checked this option " Display only one banner from this advertiser on a web page" ?

This feature is already available in revive . While generating invocaiton tag you need select Invocation type as "Iframe Tag" and also you need to set the option to rotate time interval . Put your comment here if you need any help.

Execute these queries into phpMyAdmin tool : 
TRUNCATE TABLE  `rv_data_intermediate_ad`;
TRUNCATE TABLE  `rv_data_intermediate_ad_connection`;
TRUNCATE TABLE  `rv_data_summary_ad_hourly`;
 
These queries will delete all the statistics(Only Statistics) information.

No, the feature you needed not available, you have to make customize the scripts with your developers, but its recommended to dont change core files.
You have another options, this may help you to stop storing unwanted clicks. Login as Administrator and click "Configuration" menu, then click "Banner Logging Settings". Here you will see setting as "Don't count Ad Clicks if the viewer has clicked on the same ad/zone pair within the specified time (seconds)".  This will helps to not store clicks if user clicked on same ad/zone pair after particular time. Example, enter 300 as seconds, then same user clicks same ad/zone pair 10 times, then only one click will be log in revive adserver.

If we pass the value in invocation tag document.write ("?zoneid=5&campaignid=22"); and it will generate and call the adserver like you mentioned https://revive.myserver.net/www/delivery/ajs.php?zoneid=5&campaignid=22. But it wont target both zoneid and campaignid means it wont fetch ads linked this zone and campaign, instead of this fetch only the ads from campaignid, delivery script will not consider zoneid passed. In this case zone id will treat as '0' for logging details for impressions, clicks. This only i was explained in above. 
Only you have to pass the value in invocation tag and target using "Site - Variable" option. No solution to target both zone and campaignid other than this. 
By doing customization on script level then it possible, but its not recommended to change on core file because it will affect while upgrading revive adserver to latest version.

I also explained yes that possible by using  like this in invocation code document.write ("?campaignid=13"). 
I mentioned When you use campaign id like this,  zone statistics reports will not generate, impressions and clicks will store with bannerid only and Zone id will be store as '0'. So nothing wrong in the post above i described.

No this feature is not available. 
If you don't want to use zone for tracking information then there is solution available. This solution only useful when you serve ads on your own website. In Javascript Invocation tag, instead of "document.write ("?zoneid=24");" change as " document.write ("?campaignid=13");". you can specify the campaign id and it will display ads from this campaign id. By using this code only advertiser statistics reports will be shown.

In advertiser add/edit page there is option available as "Display only one banner from this advertiser on a web page", chose this and save changes.
This option will prevent same ads showing from same advertiser on same page where multiple zone placed.  In each zone different advertiser ads only will be shown. Hope this will work.

Well, that's one of those things, isn't it?
Creating an all new plugin for Revive Adserver to handle a new way of detecting browsers etc. might take someone who knows what they are doing a month or so of effort? Unfortunately, we don't have any corporate sponsors who want to pay myself (or the other core team members who donate their time) to work full time on Revive Adserver, so, either we might chip away at this problem over the course of a year or two and get it done, and then everyone can have it for free, or, someone either needs to sponsor that specific feature on a commercial basis to be built as open source, or, someone has to take a chance, put in the time and build it, but then try to sell it for enough money to cover their costs. We all, unfortunately, need to make a living somehow!
That's why there are commercial plugins for Revive that do cost hundred, or thousands...

It wasn't a plug in but a module comprising 2 php files uploaded to the plugins/deliveryLimitations/Client/ folder and 1 php file uploaded to the lib/max folder.  It was from a company called adservermods.  
Meanwhile, since we use device targeting constantly, I found a mobile targeting plugin from a company called reviveadserverplugin.com which seems to work well with 3.2.1  
I am still trying to get an update from adservermods but so far the update they sent has not worked.  Hopefully they will figure out a way to make it work on the new server.  Their module doesn't offer targeting for specific mobile device types but is convenient for those campaigns that need generic targeting of desktop, tablet or mobile rather than more granular targeting.

Banner dimension and zone dimension should be match. Then only banners will be available to link with zones.

yes you can take invocation tags and paste it 3 times on the same page. It will show the different banner on each zone area. Make sure you should choose "Don't show the banner again on the same page" option and use the invocation tag.

While generating invocation tags check "yes" option for this "Don't show the banner again on the same page". This helps to avoid same banner shows on multiple zone in single page. Once chosen the option as "yes" and click on the "Refresh" button then take Invocation Tags and use it.

You need to enable "Geo-Targeting" feature from administrator.  Login as "Administrator", click "Configuration" -- "Geotargeting Settings". In this page, "Geotargeting Module type" as "Open MaxMind (Flat File)" and click "Save Changes" button.
 

 
 
 
Then once added banner, Edit that banner, you can see "Delivery Options" menu there you can choose the option as "Geo-Country" and apply the limitations. Likewise for all banners you can do this.

Need to enable that invocation tag type on Administrator section. Login as admin and click "Plugins" menu tab, then click "Details" link for this "Invocation Tags Plugin" plugin. In that page you will see "Setting" link, by clicking you will be redirected new page, there you can check and enable what are the invocation tags need to show on zone section.

Source options is used to deliver ads based on the "Site-Source" Targeting.
 
For example in banner delivery limitation, set limitation "Site-Source" and set any value. For example : schools. And while generating invocation tags if we ad "source" as "school", only that particular ads will deliver on that. 
 
If you are running several ads and wants to deliver ads based on the source targeting and then you can use this option. Otherwise leave it as empty.
