hard to tell, maybe CORS ? tried javascript tags? You should be able to handle quite an amount of banners on that server, that it's avg load is close to 0 seems pretty okay.

Ah, I misunderstood your initial question. It's weird that it affects the adsense page view metrics. Unless you're using iframe invocation codes.

Revive Adserver doesn't count page views. But banner impressions. If you have 4 banners on one page .. it's 4x the page views

Seems there are PHP modules missing. You or your hosting provider needs to install them.
