I have the exact same issue, and I have no idea how to fix this. In my case it's between 00:00 and 02:00 since we're in GMT+02 at the moment (summer time). The server is running UTC, and PHP also. Timezone i revive config is set to our local timezone (+2)

At midnight (00:00) all contract campaigns stops delivering ads, and are inactivated untill 02:00. Setup: Revive 3.2.1 (upgraded from 2.8.7) on a dedicated server running FreeBSD 10.1 (date output: Mon Sep 28 06:39:23 UTC 2015). We're located in a timezone +02, so the gap between 00:00-02:00 seem related to timezones in some way. Maintenance is setup to run at minute 01 every hour via crontab. Any ideas of what might be going on here and how to fix it? Regards

Hi! What privileges is needed for the mysql user as minimum after installation? Is it enough with select, insert, update and delete?
