The system suddenly cannot show 728x90 banner when the campaign is set to contract. The system will still show the 728x90 banner when the campaign that is remnant or override. Other banner sizes are not affected. Still can be shown when set to contract.

I also experience the same problem. Only 728x90 banner is affected so far. I have 2 campaigns set to Remnant and Contract respectively. For campaigns that is set to contract, the 728x90 banners cant be shown. If I change the campaign to override, the banner could show. So, the problem is narrowed to campaigns that set to contract.
