  2. Just the standard "bannery delivery cache store plugin" that comes with the installation. No other cache plugin is installed. Is there a simple way to disable all the plugins through a file config edit or database edit? Or some way to get it to spit out some sort of error message? The redirect error is just a server/browser message and isn't helping me troubleshoot....
  3. After upgrading from 5.0.4 to 5.2.1, the dashboard no longer works and takes me on an infinite loop between /www/admin/index.php and /www/admin/install.php Any ideas on how to fix this issue? It says the database update was successful, as was the actual upgrade. But apparently there's a flag set somewhere that is telling it that it wasn't? The only issue was the two Maxmind plugins weren't successfully updated, but I can't imagine that causing this issue? Thanks for any help you may be able to provide. (Very standard installation environment, Apache 2.4.48, Mysql 5.7.35 and PHP 7.3.29.)
  4. Having same problem. Chrome says "This site can't be reached" with an " ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE " Firefox shows page not found. " You are currently using Revive Adserver v4.1.4 running on Apache, PHP 7.1.27 and MySQL 5.7.25 " Not sure if there's an additional debug level I can run to help troubleshoot this? Nothing else is showing up in the webserver's log files. Nothing is showing in the debug.log file for this. Nor even when I change the settings to show all errors....
  5. So I did the upgrade as per the instructions and apparently all my banners, campaigns and zones imported and are showing up just fine in the new Revive installation. Yay! So far, so good. But no banners are showing. (I use Zones to do banner display, the banners themselves are showing up as expected in the admin interface...) But when I check on ad showing by zone, I click on a Zone, go into Linked Banners and see the two banners (active) that are supposed to be there. Then when I click on the next tab, Probability, I get this message: There are no active banners linked to this zone. Yet the Linked Banners are there, and they are active. But the zone apparently isn't showing anything... Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
