In my case that doesn't work. It seems like I'm missing that php file in the invocation plugin. Not sure how or if I can manually pull it from the git repo.

Hi, I upgaded to 3.2.0 but do not see any option to use asynchronous tag option. I only see: - Javascript - iFrame - Local Mode
