    Hi, I just installed a fresh copy of the revive adserver version 3.1.0. When I try to create a banner, I only have access to web, sql and url. I understand we can add a plugin to enable the HTML banner but I can't figure where to find this plugin. I downloaded all versions from 3.0.2 to 3.1.0 and the plugins folder is always empty. Can you please help me figuring out where exactly I can find the plugin? Also, why HTML banner isn't enabled by default? Thank you for your help, Fretre
