  1. I get ad tags from our ad network out of OpenX. Older documentation shows that Revive used to allow for tracking of clicks with OpenX, but now OpenX doesn't display in the drop down for enabling click tracking. Does anyone have any advice? Is there an option I can choose in that list that would operate similarly to OpenX?
  2. Can't really find any documentation on this specifically. Is anyone able to confirm that Revive is able to prioritize campaign delivery based on price? If Campaign A is $12cpm and B at $8cpm, can I reasonably assume that the server will do its best to delivery the higher priced campaigns first, so that if we get to a sold-out state, we're maximizing our revenues?
  3. I could use some clarification on something to see if there is a better way to accomplish this. Client wished to have 60k impressions over two months - or, alternatively, they wanted 30k impressions per month for two months. So we set the campaign up with proper start/end dates over the two months and the total of impressions we want served. There were several campaigns such as this. They all served the entire amount of impressions in the first month of their campaigns. It was my understanding that Revive would automatically try and spread delivery evenly through the course of the campaign. Is that not the case? As soon as I put an impression number in the box, the option to limit impression per day disappears. So it doesn't look like that's an option. All campaigns have the same default priority level of 5 (on the 1-10 scale). Anyone have any advice? My only thinking is that we are very undersold and have many more impressions available to sell. But we have remnant campaigns up and running, and again, my belief was that the ad server would be able to manage active campaigns to serve over the course of the allotted time.
  4. We are having the same problem. Prior to December 16, the ad server was tracking clicks normally. After that, all of our generic HTML expandable banners have yet to report a single click. Further, we tried getting around this by using the URL macro listed above. The problem now, is that the "Banner Link" fields have now disappeared from the options when creating a new banner. So we can't even designate a URL for the macro to point to. Hopefully someone else has some input!
