I came across this thread via the error message "WARNING: The delivery engine limitations DO NOT AGREE with the limitations shown below Please hit save changes to update the delivery engine's rules". I also upgraded to AdServer from a previous OpenX version. I managed to locate the default.conf.php and indeed, I had the old path in there. However, changing this didn't make the delivery limitations work. Do you have any other idea how I could make this work and get the 'add delivery limitations' dropdown to populate? Thanks!

I had the same issue, managed to sort this by changing the webDir="c:\pathtoimages" in the [store] section of the .\var\openxinstance.conf.php file. My system is an upgrade from OpenX so it was still trying to use the old path. Hope it helps.
