Ivan, thanks for the server setup suggestion. I want to host it myself. But, can pay someone one-time to optimize the server for maximum performance. Outsourcing the complete setup can also be thought of.

Hello Can you tell us the best server configuration to host revive adserver? For example - PHP 5.5, MySQL 5.6, Litespeed/Nginx/Apache, xcache/memcached/varnish? We are looking to serve around 1 billion ad impressions monthly. Also, any web host recommendations? Thanks!
